BEWARE: Many of our items were left at the home- (after the movers had left) they left our property (inside) a mess. This was a HORRIBLE experience moving with this company. AND READ THE CONTRACT for DAMAGED items you are only reimbursed $.60 on the Pound!!!! We had damaged items- one of a kind- and that $.60 was a waste of time! I saw the truck when they pulled up- my beautiful Vases/ with flowers and other items were so crammed in there- of course damaged- not wrapped or boxed! WE wanted to support a local company.. IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! The cost we paid was almost as much as United- should have given them our business.

Didn't follow through. The guy who was going to help him move showed up, but not Jaime, the other employee. I took time off of work to be home for them during the time frame they said would work and after it was passed the agreed upon time I had to reach out to Jaime to see if he was still coming. He said he was running behind and could only make it that evening which was almost 4 hours later. Then when his help showed up he apologized that Jaime was avoiding his calls and that the job could not be done. When I scheduled my appointment with Jaime he was aware that this was more than a one person job, but instead of apologizing that it won't work out Jaime just avoided my calls and his coworker. Unreliable. The co-worker did apologize for Jaime and suggested that we contact someone else to do the job. I recommend you all do the same.
