Hot Shots Moving did an outstanding job moving my items during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each crew member was respectful, courteous, careful, efficient, kind and effective. Moving to the 3rd floor is no easy task, especially during this stressful time. Their professionalism, pricing and easy implementation of my move was a huge success. I will use them going forward. I work for a commercial flooring company and we had the need for movers to help us do a job in the Dallas area. This job was extremely time sensitive and had to be executed without any issues so that we didn't interfere with a company that was still operating business as usual. Enter HotShots Delivery & Moving. They were extremely easy to deal with and were VERY focused on understanding the scope of the job so that they could properly execute what was expected of them. During a difficult time in our society, they communicated at an extremely high level, they were punctual and hard working. Best of all, they were affordable and did that little bit extra to put you as ease while moving all of the furniture. These guys showed up to move me Bc AERS MOVERS cancelled on me first....they heard me cough and blow my nose and flipped out because im am ER NURSE.....i told them i haven’t been at work for four days..(Bc I’ve been moving)... neVer felt so hated for my profession.... i have families too!!! Multiple..Hope you guys don’t need a nurse o e day..... beyond sad.

This was my first moving experience so I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. I had to move very quickly and wasn't sure if they would be able to accommodate me on such sort notice but they got back to me right away and told me it would be no problem to get the move done in a few days. They arrived right on time and brought a huge trailer with 4 movers. They were all very polite and moved all of my things quickly and carefully. Randy was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. I will definitely use them again next move and will recommend them to my friends as well.
