The owner, John set the time for 10 am for service 07/30/19 We reviewed inventory, I explained the house that is being moved is for older people that literally can't move the large items. I have help for boxes and we will do the small stuff, we only need someone to help with the large stuff we physically are not able to move. He called me at the time 10:30 on the day of service to inform me he didn't have anyone available. I informed him we had taken the day off work, we scheduled this based on his confirmation and we could not reschedule that?? He stated he would try to make it happen....He came and did a walk through personally, informed us 4 men would be arriving shortly, at 7:30 pm - 2 men showed up with a small truck, they explained they do small apartments, small jobs, the crew was on the phone with John on and off and continued to reassure us, they would finish the next morning. They would put what they could in the new garage and be back first thing to get it in the house and finish the rest of the home we were moving from....at 12:30 pm and $418 later they informed us they wouldn't be back, they wouldn't be moving anything into the house. BAD Business with no ethics or morals.

We recently used this company to move. First, they were 4 hours late (supposed to be at our house at 10am, showed up at 2:30pm), and by the time we got to our destination, it was 10pm. They still wanted to unload things that night, which didn't happen because we live in a condo. They said they would be back between 8-9am the next morning. They showed up at 11am. They damaged two antique dressers, left countless marks on the walls, and scratched up the hardwood floor in our old house, which was barely three years old. They didn't have any of the proper equipment, and absolutely no spacial awareness. The amount of times they ran into something was ridiculous. If you want an easy, relatively stress-free move, these are *not* the guys you want to hire.
