Cheap and efficient Would recommend over any other movers in Western Massachusetts!

We moved in the midst of the Covid-19 shutdown and while we were out of town and unable to return. That means that we had to arrange for someone to be present during the estimate visit at which we were present only on FaceTime. After 3 estimates we selected Ideal and we’re very happy with the choice. They had to pack EVERYTHING, which they did much more quickly and efficiently than the last movers we used. One person drove the truck to the east coast where we’d arranged for 2 local movers to help with the unloading. They were finished in 4 hours - again much more efficient than the last movers we used. I recommend them highly and only wish we’d found them for our earlier move.

This is the second time I’ve used Ideal Movers and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Everything arrived in perfect condition and no scratches on the newly painted walls!

Ideal were easy to contact, gave a very reasonable estimate. Scheduling was simple. The movers came on time, handled all with care. I moved into a storage unit in their Hadley MA facility. It was well maintained and accessible. Great service all around. Recommended!
