Asaf Hadas was very friendly and took his time to wrap our furniture up to ensure it was going to be safe. Very professional and respectful.

If you want damaged goods with claims that are extremely unreasonable then this is your company. If I could give them a minus 5 I would. They are rude, don't care how late your belongings are and sure as heck don't care about tearing up your belongings. They tell you it takes 4 months to complete your claims and then don't tell you that all correspondence will be via their site. 30 days go by, you don't know that info and they close your case for 'lack of interest' with no appeal recourse. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Don't waste your money with iths company as you will be very sorry.I signed a damage settlement almost 2 months ago and still have not received payment.

I recently moved and had a great experience with this company. The movers (Zachary & Dave) were just awesome as they were on time, very respectful, very quick and very careful with my things. I would recommend this company to anyone. I could not have chosen a better company and I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. The receptionist wasn't bad, or the foreman that loaded the truck, but every thing else was a nightmare. Could never get a straight answer on where my stuff was or when I would be getting it. The "dispatch" guy was incredibly rude and short. I gave an extremely accurate account of my items that would be loaded and they said my estimate was inaccurate and charged me an extra $800 bucks after the truck was loaded. They tried charging me fees for my grill being a "bulk item" even though it was already established that it would be in the shipment (Wich then arrived with the handle broken off).The truck that dropped my stuff off was a mess and crazy disorganized.Several boxes were crushed with a few glass items broken (that were adequately packed and protected). I was told by the driver that I should "buy better moving boxes next time". The guy gave me someone else's box saying that it was mine. Told him that it wasn't several times before he took it back, so someone is either missing a box of things or someone who got their stuff almost didn't. This company was subcontracted out through a company I set my move up with. I wouldn't hire them if I had the choice.
