Please DO NOT DO NOT EVER EVER hire this company. You're not dealing with a moving company, you're dealing with GANGSTERS!!! When they want you to sign the contract, they call you every 5 minutes and offer you all kinds of discounts. My deal was moving from Mississippi to Las Vegas for $2000. When they came to pick up my furniture, they estimated a total of $3500. When I tried to protest, they threatened me to leave and I would lose my deposit, which was $900. I couldn't even say a word!! I just refused to sign. So the manager called me and arranged it to $2500. So they moved. But the nightmare is far to be done. They're supposed to deliver at the latest 14 days after the day on the contract. It took them ONE WHOLE MONTH, and not one apology. When I called, they kept lying nonstop. When I raised my voice showing I'm not happy, they threatened me to keep my stuff and would charge me a $10 stocking fees per day. I felt like they put a knife under my throat to do exactly what they said. Once at destination, only 1 driver showed up. They ordered me to pay the balance due first before they unload my stuffs and ONLY CASH. If you pay by card, they charge you 25% extra. Stop faking your 5 stars reviews. I hope you'll be out of business soon!
Had them move my stuff to California. 1. They lied about the extra fees they charged me for my motorcycle. 2. They damaged the furniture and boxes came with holes. 3. The delivery guy came alone, and I had to help him move stuff in.
Movers did not bring enough material to wrap my belongings...which is probably why so much is scratched and dented now. The three guys loading were nice enough but they ended up upping my bill a GREAT deal. They picked up Saturday and were suppose to deliver on Monday. I called all numbers I could find all week and was pretty sure I'd been punk'd until I finally got ahold of someone on Thursday and when I asked when my delivery was scheduled I was told "Oh, are you ready? We were waiting for confirmation that we could deliver." I never received any kind of confirmation/email/communication...and was then told between 12-2 on Friday but movers did not come until 3:30/4. Several things have noticeable wear on them. Today, two weeks after my things were delivered, I discovered that the movers broke my desk and glued it back together, I assume in attempts to not get caught. Really poor planning, guys.
