I just read the reviews. I had a good move with them. The only thing that was broke was my brand new grill. Im calling tomorrow and if they don't pay for it , I would be happy to join in on a law suit. ALL moving companys lie about prices.. ALL. I will tell you to pack your tv, lamps pictures yourself. ALL MOVING COMPANIES charge for tape and boxes, They charge 50 bucks for a TV box, you can make your oen from Walmart for 6 or buy online for 20 bucks. DO NOT LET ANY MOVING COMPANY PACK YOUR ITEMS. Go to Walmart and buy boxes. I used this company gor my move to Texas, Im using GEO Vanlines... THEY ARE HORRIBLE... HOOOOORRRRRIIIIBBBBLLLLEEE! DO NOT USE THEM. They lie about everything. It makes me think I should start a moving business. Everyone scams. BUY YOUR SUPPLIES, THEY CHARGE AN ARM AND LEG FOR THE SAME STUFF YOU CAN BUY AT WALMART. They were going to charge me almost 300, Yes. THREE HUNDRED dollars for 2 tv boxes, 2 lamp boxes and 6 rolls of tape. Get everything in writting, in INK!! ALSO MAKE THEM COME DO A FREE ESTIMATE AT YOUR HOME. THEN THERE ARE NO SURPRISES. Good luck.

This company is a fraud. They double the price when you no longer have time to switch. They falsify and doctor paperwork to charge you more. They lie as about the truck you'll get and how many movers. They will tell you that they cannot honor the estimate given to you by US Moving Pro. They will claim they are just a broker with no authority to quote. US Moving Pro will give you one quote, then call the night before the move and double the price. When you disagree, they will say "fine, we won't move you and we'll keep the deposit. I should have known they were cheaters then and I should have let them keep the deposit and walked away. When you start dealing with Integrated Moving, it gets even worse. They need to be reported to the BBB, the NJ Attorney General, and the Attorney General of your state. In addition, if your move was arranged through US Moving Pro, you should complain to the Nevada Attorney General as well. Also, complain to the NJ department of transportation. Never deal with this company, you will regret it. Liars and thieves.

I handled the coordination of the moving of my daughters things. This company was used to move her stuff brokered by National Express Moving. The company lost and broke stuff. My daughter put in a claim and they approved it but never sent her the check. After over 6 months, I called them several times and only went into voice mail. I contacted National Express Moving and they said it wasn't their problem but she would call Integrated Moving Solutions about it. After several weeks and several responses from National Express that she will ask again about the check, I never heard from them. I finally threatened the person at National Express Moving and I immediately got on a conference call with Integrated Moving and they finally sent the check to my daughter. Don't do business with either of these company's. They had no plan on paying the claim.

There working partners MOVING PROS left a little to be desired. Misleading Quotes by Customer Sales Representative.(3 days be for Pick up. Quality Assurance Rep calls and adjusts lists to INCREASE by $1,000). No return calls, after Speaking with Supervisors nothing could be done. 3 WEEKS N NO FURNITURE YET!!! MOVING PROS based out of Las Vegas are SCAMMERS!! As far as Integrated Moving Solutions there NO SENSE OF URGENCY, and Knowingly working with these Scammers are as much guilty as Moving Pros. As far as my furniture is concern. I don't know WHERE or the CONDITIONS of it!! My Family/Friends/Co-workers ETC... in the Vegas, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania etc..WILL NOT be utilizing there services. I recommend to carefully research and check with Better Business Bureau before entering into any moving contract!!

I give this company NO STARS...they are a joke..a fraud and should be reported to the BBB..in fact after I post this review, I am going to do just that!!! Rude...took no kindness with our personal belongings..did not pack in purchased packing boxes for frames!!! Did not pack lamp In purchased lamp packing box and nothing was wrapped in moving blankets.....every box was crushed and ripped open...I had to call him to come back from Tucson because he still had boxes of mine on his truck..he did come back and even admitted he didn’t know hi he boxes were mine!!!! This company is a SHAM...do not use!!! See attached pictures....this is CRAZY......please share and save someone else from this insanity....and I cannot post any pictures for some strange reason...hmmmmm ...I wonder why????
