This is the worst moving company I have ever worked with and strongly recommend you go with another moving company for your move. The crew showed no respect for most of my property and threw several boxes off the truck during the unload. They were also careless when moving furniture into my home and made a nearly 2 foot hole in the wall. They also ran nearly 7 hours late, yet noone from their company had the decency to call and inform us of the situation. Instead I sat around waiting. Given how they called the night before to confirm the time of the move, they clearly had my phone number, so they could have easily called the next day with that update. When I called Ethan (who I think is the owner) to voice my frustration he hung up . Based on my experience, I **strongly** recommend you go with another moving company. You will literally be better off with any other moving company.

Terrible experience unfortunately for us for RI to NY move. It was our vacation home and furniture were in mint condition cause they were barely used. We were promised 9-11am delivery Sunday 10/21 because we had to work the next day. We were also promised 3 guys because I stressed it was a marble table He said normally they sent out 4 guys, but 3 for our small job. 2. In the morning, their dispatcher told us arrival was changed to 2-5pm. 3. 2 guys instead of 3 showed up 6 pm. 4. We asked if they could also take 6 medium-large boxes, 2 small side tables with just legs, a single wood spindle table base, and a 3’ tall foldable shelf. We agreed on $1750 for them to deliver the extra items as well. 5. When we discovered the 2 adult bicycles, a drafting table, 8ft tall ladder, and a tv stand not loaded before they closed the truck to leave, the guys showed us there’s no space. They should have loaded everything on the list to the truck first, as we could put those extra items in our car. 6. We found out they didn’t put any protection on the furniture, not even a thin plastic wrap. They said normally they did, but because they arrived late, they had no time. 7, By 1am they were still unloading and they were anxious to leave. It would have taken 1/2 the time if it were 3 guys. It was so late and everyone was so tired we let them leave one queen size bed unassembled in the garage. In fact, they were in such a rush they didn’t assemble our kitchen table and left it on the floor with the clothing still on. When we saw scratch marks on a table, they said they wouldn’t charge us $50 cash which they wanted for long distance move. 8. This morning, I discovered every more scratch marks. On both leather sofas (they are very expensive ones from Italy!), on 2 kitchen chairs, a long scratch along the side of our upright piano, We're waiting to get a response from them.

Without any stress furniture and items moved from one house to another. I was relocating to Riverdale Park to Los Angeles. All because of Integrated Moving. We planned to move at 9 and everything was finished on time. Great Crew! They loaded and unloaded everything without a single scratch. I have a lot of respect for this company after interacting with their Customer Support team member Tyra a few times! Will use again and again. Thank you team!!

I used Integrated Moving while moving from Silver Spring to Richmond VA. The entire team did a great job. They store my items for some time for free as I needed time to settle out everything. When the goods were delivered to my new house there was no damage, and everything was intact. This move exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend.

Integrated Moving were absolutely great! Not a thing was broken, and they quick and professional. This is especially important since they moved a lot of pottery and art objects including valuable dishes.
