Interstate Moving & Storage

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst service communication, would wait days to a week for any response. No idea where my personal belongings were being stored or a month. Delayed my contract for delivery over 21 days.. when first initial phone quote was 7-10 days, only to be told after contract signed and items picked up, that I needed to read fine print. They Doubled the price of initial quote. My items eventually arrived 6 weeks out and owner blamed on COVID, yet my items were picked up in 3/5/20. (Never have deliveries been a quarantine issue). My items arrived damaged and two things never showed up. Owner has yet to return my email. Images of damage and ask for refund was sent and never responded to. So disorganized. When the drivers arrived to deliver, over 5 times did they continue to bring items into my home that were not mine. They have no idea what they are doing. Don’t take the risk and find a company that’s reliable. This is not them. Plenty of competition and the stress of not knowing where and if your stuff is safe, is not worth a good deal. If you’re even lucky enough to receive everything in one piece or receive in general. Such a loss and huge mistake on my end.

I had some concerns about my move. I was worried about how they would pack my valuables and if they would be able to deliver my belongings in a timely manse. They put my mind at ease and fulfilled their promises.I had the movers wrap and pack pieces of valuable art that I own, among other things. They wrapped it exceptionally well. It arrived with no damages. The guys treated my things like they were their own. If you want a moving company who won’t rip you off, and takes great care of your things, go with Interstate Moving & Storage.

An honest moving company exists and it’s Interstate Moving & Storage. When they contacted me I really liked how they weren’t pushy about scheduling my move right away. They let me take my time and didn’t pressure me. They also let me know everything that was factored into the cost of my move. They are honest, trustworthy, professional and punctual. They took wonderful care of my items. I had a few antiques that I was worried about but they packed them beautifully and not a single scratch or anything was broken. I really appreciated being walked through the entire process before even being picked up. Their team made sure to enlighten me on everything from the day of pick up and all the details surrounding that so there were no surprises. Guess what? Because their team did their job, there were no surprises! Imagine that. Everything went better than I could have hoped for.
