The crew that my father and I got were amazing. Alex Garcia was a really great and experienced foreman. They cleared out the apartment in Weymouth, MA where I lived. It took at least a hour taking the bins, furniture, a mattress and trash out of the apartment. They even followed my father and I to the storage units. They took fifteen minutes to clean out the unit at Extra Space Storage in Weymouth and five to ten minutes out of the unit at Extra Space Storage on Oak Street in Brockton, MA. They used the carts and they took good timing at both storage units. At the house in Brockton, MA, they unloaded everything. My father had to carry the rocking chair from where Isaac's put it outside and he carried it into the house. Isaac's did a superior job at assembling and dissembling my bed. The crew did not damage our stuff at all, especially the rocking horse from one of the storage units. Everything did fit very well on Truck 150. The trash and a mattress was disposed at Isaac's in their dumpster. I am very knowledgeable about how Isaac's can carry household trash for free, except hazardous materials.

We recently used Issac's to move from Brockton to Bridgewater, and they were fantastic. The movers were very pleasant and efficient, and we received top notch customer service from the sales team. We will definitely recommend to family and friends!

I used Isaac's 3 or 4 times to move me in Philadelphia Metro. They are the MOST honest, reputable and professional company in a business that is notorious for some very bad players. When Isaac's gives you a time they are coming to you, they show up on the dot. They give you a price.....they stick to it. They don't take your goods to weigh them and then hold them hostage like so many companies do. The customer service is excellent. Be sure to you use them, they do BIG and smaller jobs with a smile. Highly recommended.

I have recently used Isaac's Moving and Storage for a client moving from MA to Richmond VA. We received stellar service! The staff does a great job coordinating the move and the movers take a lot of precaution and care with your items. I was amazed at how hard the crew at Issac's worked and the amount of care they took in making sure everything went perfect!

It was a great idea to use Isaac's Moving and storage. I've used a lot of movers in the past 10 years, mostly for little things, but we choose Isaac's for our big move from MA to MD. We chose to pack ourselves, but used them to pack our crystal and our chandelier. They may have crated a few mirrors too. Delivery was within a reasonable window, and the pricing was just a bit lower than the highest estimate we had. What really sold it, was the teamwork between our sales person and whomever is in the operations. Thank you Rob Arrowsmith! We had a small problem with our bed, since it as damaged in our last move, but Isaac's was able find a way to put it back together, and its no worse for wear. Thanks a bunch, hope to use you again when we move further west!
