Driver nearly killed me while driving up Skippack Pike today. Didn’t bother looking while turning left in his moving truck. Don’t bother with this company they are highly irresponsible and reckless.

Recommend. Guesstimate vs actual wt/ cost was right on. Was worried that Maybe was going to get a quote then get hit with a higher price later on, but no. Was not the cheapest, but fair price, good service and communication through the whole process. Loading and unloading took a bit longer than expected, but guys did a great job, loading and unpacking our things. Thanks Nicole , Greg and the guys that loaded and unloaded our things. Was smooth and not as stressful as we thought it would be. would recommend they have a good reputation for a reason.

The move from a suburban 4-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom centre city apartment went extremely well. The move came in UNDER the cost estimate. The movers worked incredibly hard and fast and were courteous and professional. This was a big, 3-day move, that they accomplishd in a little under 2.5 days. Of the 40% of the boxes we have unpacked, we have found no breakage. The movers packed much of our belongings, including delicate glasses and china. They used packing material generously and lightly-filled the boxes to avoid breakage. I offered them pizza or bagels for a pair of lunches and tipped them well, and maybe that achieved good will. They were recommended to us by friends who had fond them to pack and move very delicate goods with care. There estimator and move representaive were both very knowledgeable and confidence-inspiring- kudos to Robert Arrowsmith. I found a C rating for Isaacs on Angie's List and do not understand why. - they earned the A rating from us

It was a great idea to use Isaac's Moving and storage. I've used a lot of movers in the past 10 years, mostly for little things, but we choose Isaac's for our big move from MA to MD. We chose to pack ourselves, but used them to pack our crystal and our chandelier. They may have crated a few mirrors too. Delivery was within a reasonable window, and the pricing was just a bit lower than the highest estimate we had. What really sold it, was the teamwork between our sales person and whomever is in the operations. Thank you Rob Arrowsmith! We had a small problem with our bed, since it as damaged in our last move, but Isaac's was able find a way to put it back together, and its no worse for wear. Thanks a bunch, hope to use you again when we move further west!

The crew that Issacs sent me was the best crew I have ever worked with. With a careers in Interior Design and Real Estate, I have used many a moving company. The crews creative and adaptive attitude was the best. It was not an easy move to a townhouse with a tight staircase. GE attempted 6 times to get a refrigerator up and lack of trying mostly the issue. Issacs crew not only got the refrigerator up, they also got my baby grand piano and 12 foot shuffleboard in. Creativity was key. I highly recommend them to anyone moving. At the end of the day they are exhausted but never quit, and remained pleasant and helpful.
