On June 15, 2018, I was transported to my Dr.'s appointment in Boston. On the way back, being more than a quarter of the way home, the transport boss calls my driver and tells her to go back into Boston to pick up more passengers. My PCA got wind of this and whispered it to me. I then asked the driver if I could speak to her boss for a moment. I tried to express to him that I was in the emergency room all night last night, got no sleep at all and it being 3:30 and me being from Boston but currently living in a different location, what he was asking her to do will result in me getting home well after 6pm. I pleaded with him, told him how I felt physically and he had zero compassion. I told him I understood he needed to make his money but if there was anyone else he could send to please consider it. He told me no. I just handed phone back to driver. So that was at 3:30. The genius gives his driver the wrong address and so we drive around in circles. Then he calls the driver and starts to scream at her, the poor woman. That really disgusted me. We finally reached the other passengers at 4:42. This company doesn't truly care about the passenger they care about the almighty dollar. Speaking of that almighty dollar I called my insurance company and they are no longer transporting me as of today. I take 3-4 rides into Boston from my location a week. That's out his pocket now, so he can eat that. Obviously, when it comes to running a busines, prioritizing and keeping clients happy this guy is definitely running amateur hour. Also filed formal complaint. Finally home at 6:30, which should have been a 45 minute drive.
