We used Jack and Jeff based on recommendation of a friend. Bad decision. One of their employees stole my husbands wedding band from a drawer in the bathroom. Contacted the company and the sheriffs office. No response from Jack and Jeff after numerous contacts. In addition our furniture was scuffed and damaged. Never use this company!! Totally frustrating experience. Next week we celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary - no diamond wedding band. So wrong and unfair.
