Given the wrong contract, showed up late on pickup date and delivery date, didn’t deliver same day even though they told us it would be. Wasn’t told about different delivery until the night before the pick up. The movers tried to get us to CashApp payment and refused to take a credit card. We got screamed at and the guy did not as for gratuity, he flat out told us to give him gratuity. Overall, horrible experience for a long distance move.
