They are dependable. They were 30 early. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

If I could leave no stars; I would. I am disabled & until very recently; was unable to unpack many of the boxes revealing the fact that several of my personal items are missing. I was misled by Marcus & Phillip about my belongings & was told that everything was in boxes here- nothing could have been further from the truth. I have contacted the business via Angie’s List, however, they have not responded. James initially refunded me $1000, for damages to my antique chandelier, however damages surpass that amount & my items were never returned to me. The items of my personal property that are missing are irreplaceable.Artwork/magazine cover of a woman in lime green that matches my bedroom that Marcus showed interest in & wanted, & so was a wooden computer desk, with pictures, an MP3 player, my great grand’s Ruby ring, necessary connectors for my washer & dryer, blue jeans, a black OutKast tee, other t’s, were plainly stated to be moved- not missing by Marcus who offered to some of buy them- I sold him a few items that weren’t useful for me. Phillip was responsible for moving my clothes. They did not include my lime green clock, or paper towel rack. I am just discovering more items missing & it enrages me because I have contacted the cleaners, & current owners to know they weren’t left behind. I would like the items returned; no questions asked; or monies repaid for not rendering the service paid/asked for. My kindness was taken advantage of. The team was also treated to two meals by me; which they asked for. Terrible company. Buyer beware. See their reviews on Angie’s List. DO. NOT. USE.

James is SECOND TO NONE !!!! If you want a 1st. class move with a 1st. class crew , then call James. Mov. Svc .. As far as I'm concerned there are no other . Mark and the rest of the crew displayed professionalism , experience , and honesty throughout the entire move . Thanks a lot Mr. James for SMOOTH and CAREFREE move . Rest assured if I need to move again I will definitely contact you .

The movers were prompt, courteous and friendly. They moved my belongings with care and took extra care with my couch and breakable items. The move only took 2 hours, but note that there is a 3hr minimum.

We’ve used several moving companies, but we will definitely be calling James moving again! The team we had was timely, and hard working. They totally exceeded my expectations!
