These people are lying thieves. I used them on 2 prior occasions moving the exact same amount each time. This last time, they asked how many items were being moved, which was less than the first 2 times. They charged me almost double than the first 2 times. When I called and inquired why the price had almost doubled, they first lied and said the movers had to wait and there were more boxes than what was said there was going to be, when in fact there was less and even one less full bedroom set. The lady asked what I wanted them to do and I said refund at least a third of the price, which was still more than the first 2 times. They refused and finally agreed to refund $150 from the almost $800 bill. This is what you get for trying to be a loyal customer. In less you want to get charged more than they quote, make sure you use a different company.

We called Jeff's Movers to see if they could move our couch to our shed and our piano to our garage. They came the same day and were done within 25 min. Amazing service!

Our experience moving from Crown Point to Valparaiso was outstanding with Jeff's movers. They were constantly working hard to get us moved the entire 7 hours even with the 13 stairs we had. We had lunch delivered, they ate but insisted on keeping moving without stopping. They were just amazing and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this moving company!
