We had all the glossy mail drops and obtained quotes from some. As they seemed incredibly high, we sought recommendations from some forums on Facebook. Jesse’s name came up so we invited a quote from him and I’m so glad we did! Not only was his price much more reasonable but his service was second to none. He did exactly what he said he’d do and everything went to plan. His team worked tirelessly to keep to the timetable and were so careful and attentive with everything wrapped and protected appropriately. We had a few fragile items that we asked had special care and each and every one was dealt with in a caring manner. Our move went without a hitch and once unloaded, we were delighted to see that nothing had been damaged in any way. The whole team was great, worked really hard and were friendly as well as helpful. GREAT service! Had an emergency! Called on a Saturday morning for a pickup Sunday they arrived as promised 8 am sharp. It was a very smooth move! I believe it was one of the best I've ever experienced - and I bet I have moved about 10 times. The pricing was excellent!

I had a emergency situation regarding the previous tenants who left their belongs behind for nearly eight months. I consulted with the City of Orlando, and several legal representatives. I was told that the abandoned items should have been placed on the curb, donated, and or sold. I was also told I was too nice to spend the money to have the items moved to the tenants new residents. The movers showed up on time, they were extremely professional, and sympathetic to the situation. Great customer service. I would call on them again if needed in the near future.
