If you value customer service and communication when scheduling a move then I would not recommend Joe's Moving Co. I was called the day before and was told that they movers might be early and was that ok - that was great. But on the day of the move they called to say they would be late. After their expected time had passed I made several calls to the company before I could get ahold of anyone - without a call back with an expected time. And the reasons for why they were late kept changing. I paid the 4 hour minimum for an actual 1 hour job - which was fine because I needed their service. But even after being hours late in between addresses the movers disappeared for much longer than the actual drive between addresses - I think they were stretching their hours to justify charging me more. Just not a good overall experience - even though the movers themselves were very good.

I am a professional mover with creditable references and profile I was recently employed there and let me tell you The employees there treated me unfairly and took advantage of my professionalism. The first job I ever done was a week ago and the guy the company paired me up with treated me like a slave and done no work. Then the boss of the company spoke to me and told me that he understand and still wanted me to still work for him and it’s consistent work in which he lied to me there. I work again with another guy he really nice but has issues with new guys and only trust his existing crew. And then I talk to the boss and he’s like breaking his promise about put me in the books and payed me under the table smh

AMAZING! Carlos, Javier, and Steven did a wonderful job moving us. They were kind, diligent, and worked extremely hard. Going with Joe’s Moving Company was the best decision we made!

Very sweet and helpful movers. I moved by myself during the pandemic and was a bit nervous and overwhelmed. It was great to be able to communicate all my needs and concerns, and have the guys take charge and get the job done.
