Awful company - nothing but problems and headaches. We bought full coverage replacement cost insurance from them. Their insurance company has done nothing, but given us the run around. They did not wrap our furniture as they said they would and didn't handle it properly. DO NOT USE THEM! They are awful to deal with - find someone else!

Horrible company! They have no clue as to what they are doing. I have had an open insurance claim for damage they did to my furniture for a year now. All I get is the run around from an adjustor states away from from me that keeps finding excuses not to wrap up this claim.We have provided all requirements, but they lie and make up stories! Don't get caught up with buying their full coverage insurance, they don't disclose who the insurance is through or provide policy information. Do yourself a favor and find a different mover! The owner knows how to rope people into using his service, but he is as bad as it gets after the fact. He doesn't follow up to make sure that problems are resolved! If he really cared he would pick up the phone and make sure my claim was taken care. From his comments he doesn't have any idea what has REALLY been going on!
