I did not use this moving company. I live in an apartment complex and my neighbor across the hall from me used them. I had a Christmas wreath hanging from my front door and they kept hitting it and making the bells jingle. I opened my door and asked why he couldn't have knocked on my door and asked me nicely to move it until they were finished. The one shortest man, with long blonde hair and a giant bald spot in the back of his head, snarled up one side of his lip and responded, lady I barely brushed up against it. I said, no you have hit it at least twice now, that is how I knew that you were out here. He preceded to mumble, so I shut my door. If this is how the moving guys treat people and their belongings, I definitely would not recommend using them! Not to mention, the apartment complex would not like to hear that they are running into other doors of the building and bothering other residents!

We used this company and were very pleased. It was easy to set up a time. Phil and Brandon helped us move. They were kind, courteous and respectful. They were very careful with our belongings both loading and unloading. We would certainly use this company again.

The guys seemed to know what they were doing when they moved my baby grand piano, but when I got to the new house to check on it, the sustain function was fully, constantly engaged, rendering the instrument unplayable. The piano technician I had to hire to look at it told me the problem was a small dowel that should have been checked by the movers, as it is common knowledge that it can slip during a move and create this issue. Thankfully, it was an easy fix, but it was upsetting not knowing for sure how serious the problem was and not having the use of the instrument for several days. The company was not willing to give any compensation at all for the incident.
