Family owned and operated and I LOVE THEM. They are very accommodating even during times I'm frustrated for unrelated reasons or any confusion I had regarding my storage unit. What sealed the deal was having the opportunity to cancel my storage and yet, they were still trying to help me with other options outside of their company. This is the second time we''ve had the pleasure to contract with John Palmer Moving and, once again, we had another very positive experience from soup to nuts. About a month prior to our move they came to our house to work up an estimate and they returned a couple of weeks later for a second estimate after we had decided to move into a much smaller place. Prior to the move they followed up with us to confirm that everything was all set. On the day of the move, the friendly, energetic, and careful crew did a great job on both the loading and unloading. I recommend this company without reservation.

I've found all the people at John Palmer very helpful and responsive. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we've had to store our household belongings for several years and I've had to access the vaults. I learned that they now have all new computer systems so they know what delivery went into which vault. That will be very helpful. I would recommend them.
