Jones Movers, Inc.

Very very heart broken over some of the things that were stollen from me included but not limited to a washer and a dryer, a Xbox 360 and a PS4, tablets, a smart TV.. and other things!! I was already in a horrible position when I happened to get evicted and it makes it even harder when my son still cries for things that was stolen from him and when you report it it's not on their list ... Very very sad.

They moved quite fast,, I understand we are all human however to hear the workers complain about other fellow workers/co-workers in my opinion isn't professional,, using profanity complaining ect. I appreciate their help however when it came to taking down my son's bed we were not given his screws to properly put his bed back together,,granted we assured them we would be fine finishing up considering it rained all day and again being human we were aware of everyone's frustration.

Be aware of this company! I was in a bad situation with the owners of this home, I was living in a home that was not even habitual, on the strength that the owners would fix the issues. That never happened and we landed in court, in the process of this situation they evicted me. Forced move out! They hired Jones moving company to do the job. Jones moving company stole several things from my home while packing it, they picked through what they wanted and left what they planned on coming back for. I recorded the break in as well as the theft. I want everyone to know that I contacted the company about this employee and they had nothing to say whatsoever! Other than to make a report as I had already done. This man drives a blue Dodge sport truck License plate number XWZ45

I don't dislike their service just never used their services

Damaged washer on front damaged dryer with paint and bad scratches, needs to be replaced, put a hole in a leather love seat. I called and they sent a form for me to fill and they said they will have someone come out and look and see what the damages are. I have a witness that watched the movers on hiw rough and abusive they were with my items. I will update this post as we move through this process, as of right now i would highly reccomend not using jones movers if you care about anything that you own.
