No call, no showed

I have no idea whether the company is any good as movers because I couldn't get anyone to call me back. I called and the woman quoted me their price and I set up an appointment for someone to come a week later on a Saturday at 2pm to give us an estimate of how long they thought the move would take etc. I called the Thursday before to verify the appointment and the woman assured me he'd be there. He never showed up, and never called. I called Monday morning and received no apology, but an assurance that he would call me when he came into work. I called back later in the day and she was unsure why he hadn't called yet. Never heard from him on Monday. Called Tuesday morning and she said she'd leave another message. I still have yet to hear back from anyone from this company. Awful customer service. The only reason I gave them several chances was that family members had used them and said they did a good job, but I guess I'll never know because I wouldn't even trust that they'd show up for the move when they said they were going to. This is the way you run a business?
