10/10! The support staff were friendly and prompt when responding to emails. The movers were excellent over the course of the whole move. It started with a call prior to departing the storage facility with an estimated arrival time great for planning out my day. Once they arrived no time was wasted and my furniture was promptly placed in the varies rooms of my new apartment. Upon placing the furniture, they remove any protective wrapping and assembled the furniture that had been dismantled for easy shipment. Overall outstanding fast work will use again.

Great company to work with - the office staff as well as the "musclemen" were all extremely professional, respectful, and efficient. Prices were better than 4 other movers we obtained estimates from. Our furniture was well wrapped, packed onto the truck, and unloaded at the destination. We will definitely hire J & P again and recommend them to anyone.

Really impress with J&P. I purchased a high-end washer and dryer set on Craigslist and hired these guys to deliver it. Super professional and competent. They took great care to protect the machines and my home. It was a difficult job: large heavy objects down a small, winding staircase. But they did it perfectly and without complaint. Then they even hooked it all up! I don't think I'm ever moving again, but if I do I'll definitely hire this company.
