If I could give them negative stars I would. Their movers did extensive damage to my less than 1 week brand new home. First off their team was over 2 hours late and when they finally arrived. They were so careless and damaged my walls bringing a sofa and loveseat, washer and dryer to the second floor. And they ripped up the middle handle rail from the post. When I notified them of the damage, I was assured they would pay to repair all the damages. And now they have gone back on their word. Beware!!! Don't use this poor excuse for a professional moving company!!!

I scheduled the truck and three movers to arrive at 10am, yet was told around 10:15 that movers are running an hr late....tried to call the office several times after movers didn’t show up around 11:30, nobody answered the phone. Movers showed up at 12pm, which is two hrs late than their supposed arrival time. Movers all are very professional and hard working. Very grateful for them. Yet would appreciate if customers are notified abt their arrival time. If time is an issue and you have plans after moving, definitely avoid this place. Yet if time is flexible and you plan to spend the whole day moving, the price is good.

Be careful using this company. Damaged our furniture and when I called them a few days later, they said the 48hrs. Is past so they aren't doing anything about it. Workers are hard working, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

My experience when I was moving using the J&R United Moving Solutions was more than an excellent one. The two movers arrived on time, they were fast and very careful with all of my belongings. I had some old heavy antique furniture that i was worried and concerned about, by boy, did Jay really take care of them like it was his personal items. Upon arrival they gave me an estimated time of the job, disassembled items that needed to be disassembled. At the new residence, they reassembled items that needed it. They protected my door jams and stair casing. The team finished the job in the time estimated. These man hustled the entire time. My previous apt was a townhouse with stairs and i moved to an apartment on the 3rd floor. I highly recommend J&R United Moving Solutions for your moving needs.
