They lied about everything. Charged double what they originally quoted, lost half of my belongings, and what they did bring was all broken. Never hire this company !

Movers showed up late stating an accident of another truck caused the tardiness. That was fine we didn't care. I had to leave, but I had greeted the movers and showed them where the apartment was. Apparently they had come inside and my husband showed them around. The main guys said he was going to turn the truck around. The other guy asked my husband what he was hoping to pay. My husband said he was hoping for under a thousand. The other guy said he would be right back and they drove off. Would not answer phone calls and there was zero explanation. Now they are trying to say our apartment was a "hazard". 1. I was in the process of cleaning because we were moving. 2. Almost everything was packed up and we were getting the rest packed. Why even offer that service if you're going to complain when someone has a little bit more to pack. 3. Yes we have animals and smells are inevitable. They were not peeing on the carpet. My dog has a puppy pads that I needed to clean. Other than that normal animal smells. Now the issue of money. Don't ask what someone is hoping to pay and then complain when someone, who has already incurred extraordinary costs for moving, says under $1,000. We were prepared to pay more and did. College Hunks showed up and did the job in less time then this company quoted. We paid them $2300 plus a $300 dollar tip. Next, our apartment was a small two bedroom and as my husband stated almost everything was packed and waiting in the closet. As a company the least you could have done was be professional and say you didn't want to do the job. Instead you decided to act like children and run away and ignore phone calls. Then when you were called out, you decided to state lies about my husband and where we lived. I'm pretty sure that's called libel. To anyone reading this, do not use this company. They are unprofessional and obviously are incapable of moving a two bedroom apartment. Hire someone else, hell hire some people off Craigslist, they will probably be more reliable and able to do the job. Edit: Since you continue to tell lies. The full name of the company is College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving. They took 1 item to the dump for us and any other trash was thrown away by me, my husband, or a family member. I also have talked to College Hunks who have stated, "If we feel our Hunks would be in danger doing the job, you would be notified immediately." They worked for 8 hours. They also let me know, no one from their company has received a phone call from you, much less would they disclose any information regarding work that was done. I also had 4 additional people over who never said one thing about a smell, much less were anyone's eyes watering. Maybe your eyes were watering because of allergies? Also if you took pictures of our property, you did not have legal permission and if I find out any pictures of our property are posted online, I will be contacting a lawyer for damages. I don't know who called you an a**hole but they seem right on the mark. Any time anyone gives you a negative review you always have an excuse for your lack of proprofessional. Also you didn't say anything about leaving, you ran away with your tail between your legs because it was too big of a job for you. You are a horrible company and lack any sort of professionalism. All the "trash" you keep stating is what happens when people are packing and moving. All the alcohol bottles consitited of two unopen wine bottles and a recorked bottle that I use for cooking. Also it is not uncommon for people to throw stuff away when they move, any professional moving company would know that. We were throwing away items we did not need or want anymore. Your continued lies are laughable and fictitious. Also if you quoted $840 why would you have an issue with my husband saying he hoped it would be under $1,000? Your stories do not add up. Also it is very apparent that you are paying Google to remove the bad reviews. The only thing that is pointless is your company and the lies coming out of you.

The best moving company around. Great bunch of guys. Kevin is truly a man who loves his work.

On Nov 9, 2018 Three amazing men showed up at my house to move us to Lakewood, Washington. They were professional, took great care to move our belongings to our new location quickly and without damage. Our belongings were wrapped and shrink wrapped as they moved them into the moving van. Their ability to move, tip and angle our furniture into small rooms was amazing. There was no damage at all. We had an especially large piece they squeezed into a very small room without one scratch to the door or the furniture. I feel the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and these three men, Steven, Paul and Randy. Our move from start to finish was done in 6 hours. Note: My husband and I had all of our boxes packed prior to KLM arrival. Our home was 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in size.
