Awesome moving company! They moved me on one of the hottest days and didnt complain not once. I would highly recommend them. They take care of placing items into the truck and they set your furniture up hoewvere you want it upon delivery. Great guys!

I share similar unfavorable experiences with the previous reviewer. Yes, my things were moved from one location to another, but in worse condition than it was prior to the move. Many furniture items were scratched, chipped, and demarcated. Malik (reluctantly, and after several attempts) stated he would come the following weeks to fix the furniture his company damaged, and he never returned to do so. I later found a box (of very important business documents) that did not even belong to me; it was left on the truck from a previous move that day and the company thought it was mine. I informed them of this months ago and to date, they have yet to come retrieve it to give to its rightful owner. I know now to check any moving truck prior to it driving off to ensure all of my belongings were moved in. There were also pricing discrepancies at the time of payment and several weeks thereafter to eventually be resolved. This company was referred to me, but I will not be passing this business on to anyone in need of its services.

Horrible experience with my move. The day of my move, Malik cancels. I should've used that as a chance to locate another mover, but I went along with allowing him to come the next morning. Things were not wrapped up such as TVs, mattresses, desk furniture, etc. Instructions had to be repeated several times. Once it was time to transfer to the new location, Malik took hours to arrive while his workers and I waited for him. He texted me about being stuck on traffic on a highway he didn't have to get on and when he finally arrived he had different clothes on. He allowed his workers to place most of my things in the basement when I told them they needed to be upstairs in bedrooms. The furniture was not put together or in the right place. He charged me an additional $200 because he went over time. I noticed the damages to my furniture such as the TV that was stuffed in a closet, my dining room table, my desk and desk chair and a white dining room chair that he dirtied, likely bc none of them were wrapped. He also messed up my mattress which he did alert me of, but did not bother fixing. When I called to alert him to issues i had with the move, he yelled at me then stated he would come back the following week to fix the issues, but of course we knew this was a lie. I chose this company bc I used K& M for a previous move. Only after this disaster did I realize they were 2 different companies. I hope that other company does not suffer because they were great and professional. Malik is a con artist and poor business man. Do not use.

Day 14 of 16 moving day to he big move just the two of us and 6 young strong men from K&M movers thank you Malik Keene and crew could wouldnt have been able to do it without y’all
