Do not use them! Don't believe all the 5 star reviews, as they are not real. Read the 1 star reviews and you will see a pattern. These movers are careless with items, will toss around boxes marked fragile and after damaging items you will never get ahold of their office staff to get the items repaired or replaced. They don't return phone calls or emails and will ignore you. Don't make the same mistake I did, use another company! Tx DOT and US DOT status is showing revoked!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY F rating with the BBB Update: I submitted a claim with TX dot,they have completed their investigation and cited violations against this company. They have also forwarded on to their legal department for attorney review. I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Bought my deal on Groupon and the service from Shawn & RJ was superior to my movers in another state. They were super careful with my stuff and cracked jokes during the work. Would recommend them to anyone

Wow!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company!!!!! My time slot was between 4pm -8pm. I got a call around 4:15 stating that they were in Allen about to move someone but they hadn't started yet because it was raining and they wanted the rain to stop. They informed me they would get to me around 6pm. So I decided to go to the store in the meantim . 15 minutes later, I got a call saying they were on their way....... I'm confused because of the conversation I'd just had less than 15 minutes prior. I told them I was at the grocery store and couldn't just up and meet them last minute. They said they would contact their boss and have him get back with me. I never heard anything back until around 6:15 when the movers called me saying they were on their way. They moved my stuff so carelessly. I had furniture and items strung along the 1st floor, elevators and 3rd floor where my apartment was. My items were taking joyride on the elevators with residents as they got on and off to go to their destinations. There was not a constant eye on my items. The straw that broke the camel's back was when it was revealed to me that they left their tools at a customers house and was unable to put my bed together. I'll say it again. They refused to put my bed together. I got really upset and asked to speak with a manager. One of the workers called the manager on his cell phone. They exchanged a few words and the movers LEFT. They said, " I'm outta here" and walked out while the manager was on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure if the manager told them to leave but the manager hasn't contacted me. No one has reached out to rectify this situation. Qualon and JT were the idiot's behind this entire half a$$ed done operation. Then had the AUDACITY to suggest they get a tip. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a moving company.

K&T moving has the best service in DFW. Tony and Hardy were quick and efficient but also so friendly! Moving is stressful but having these two as my movers helping me out eliminated any worries. Thanks guys!!

I had an amazing moving experience with Mr. Johnny and Zach! They were on time and moved everything from my third floor apartment to another third floor apartment very swiftly. They were very respectful and handled my belongs with care. I would highly recommend them for your moving experience.
