K & T Moving and Delivery

I have moved many times over the past 18 years and my experience today was hands down the best service I have ever received. The gentlemen who moved our belongings today were on time, courteous, and UNBELIEVABLY efficient. They loaded and unloaded our items so quickly and yet so carefully. Not a single ding! I’m still amazed by it all. Thank you!

I had a 1BR apartment move to a storage unit not even 2 miles away, a few months ago. There were no stairs involved. I opted for the 2-hour Groupon honored deal since this same amount has been moved 3 other times by different movers in only 2 hours. It took 3 hours and I suggest you choose the 3-hour option because the amount you're charged in overages makes your overall total double what it would have been. In this move, they broke an antique dresser and an antique chair. The chair sits low to the ground and they broke off the front two legs in such a way that it also tore through the fabric across the entire front base. The tearing of the vintage fabric meant it was destroyed beyond repair. I chose K&T because of all of the positive reviews I had seen, but I'd suggest you choose another company to move your things. Accidents happen, and that part I can understand, but my low rating is more to do with the abysmal customer service I received after the fact. I made a call to K&T about what had happened and was told someone would look into it, talk to the movers, and call me back. I called 2-3 times a week for over a month and was told this exact thing every time. Even when I told them they had already told me this same thing a billion other times, they had no new lines.

The two young men Jon and Zach did an outstanding job moving me from the third floor of my old apartment to the second floor of my new apartment. I will use them in the future. Thanks guys!!!!
