K & T Moving Services

We just used this moving service & they were so great! Very affordable! Very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had to take the doors off my fridge and the back door off the hinges. Everything made it damage free! We moved from a house into storage and a small apartment. And everything fit! Thank you for your great service!!!

I confirmed that K & T Moving moves piano with a surcharge before scheduling an appointment for last Sat. However, the piano was damaged when it was unloaded from truck. Immediately I sent damage photo to the K & T office email - I was told by the movers and their supervisor, Kevin, that someone from the office would contact me on Monday to start the claim process. I have not heard from K & T ever since. No phone call or email. And my calls to the office are not answered. Let's see if this post could get some attention from the company before other options.

K&T really exceeded our expectations. We bought a Groupon deal and it was really affordable. They moved all of our heavy/larger items and even my 600 lb safe . They completely filled their 24' truck. They worked really hard and really quickly. I would use them again in a heart beat. I highly recommend them. You absolutely can't get a better value from a moving company. They were really friendly and went above and beyond.

I have moved all over the country many times and locally as well. K & T Moving did an excellent job on my daughter's move locally. They were fast, efficient and very careful with her things. They were polite, professional, and pleasant. Every business has a bad day now and then so there will always be some bad reviews so don't be deterred by those on any site. This company had a majority of good reviews and my experience was very positive. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had high hopes for these guys, because I had heard good things from 2 people they had moved before. But I was sorely disappointed. The one positive thing I have to say about this company is that they moved quickly and the prices were reasonable. Other than that, the dolly they were using to move my boxes left a black mark on my brand new carpet and they did not even address that. Also, I had a bag of designer items that I had moved and somehow it came up "missing" after everything was moved from one location to the next. I contacted the movers to ask if it had been left on the truck and was told there was nothing there (of which I'm not surprised). The mover got an attitude with me when I asked him about the items and I knew I wasn't going to get them back from him. After calling the company 6 times (because I got nowhere with the mover himself), they finally got back to me about the missing items but had no helpful insight. I was supposed to be contacted by the manager and no one contacted me further, so I "lost" my designer items that still had the tags on them. I'm very disappointed in this company and would never recommend them to anyone.
