I called them and they came out the next day. Went above and beyond my expectations. They’re service was prompt, they took care of everything I needed, and they had the best price. Ive recommended them to everyone I know. I’ll definitely be calling again.

Lied about fee for complete house item / junk removal!!!!!!! Over the phone they said they would use a 26 ft truck and charge $850 to empty a complete house of items. They were informed what was in the house and we even booked the next morning to make sure they got everything out in case they showed up with a truck which did not get everything. Sure enough, they showed up with a truck about 22 ft, and that truck already had big plastic containers which took up a lot of space, and sure enough they did not have enough room for everything. AND, on top of that, they said they were not told furniture would be in the house, which was a lie, and when their truck was full they said the fee was NOT $850 as they told us, they said the fee was $1,200. So what was supposed to be $850 for everything to be cleaned out in the house, turned into $1,200 for 3/4 of the house because they lied about using a 26 ft truck, and the truck they did bring was not completely empty, when it was their first job of the day 9am. We had to call 1-800-Got-Junk to get the rest, which was additional money. Thank God 1-800-Got-Junk came and stuck to their word and got the rest of the items in the house. I would never recommend these liars, typical people who quote one price and then all of a sudden change the price once they have been hired. That is essentially Bait & Switch tactic which is ILLEGAL!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! Your response to my complaint is a lie AGAIN, you think if you told me initially the fee was $1,200 I would go to this extent to complain? No I wouldn't, I did it because you did quote $850 and then changed it to $1,200, good thing my brother was there and not me because I would have given you the $850 when the truck was loaded and if you wanted to charge more I would have said it's your fault for lying about the $850 and then changing the price afterwards. My next complaint is to the Better Business Bureau and then the MN Attorney General's office. Your license to do business in MN needs to be revoked in the best interest in protecting the public!!!

Came on time during the 1 hour window Larry gave and within 10 minutes the furniture I wanted removed was on the trunk and out of my life. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.
