I hope my review goes at that very top because I just moved last week so if you want an honest and recent review, please continue reading. I did extensive research on a good moving company as I was moving out of state. Out of all the local movers that move across state lines, Keep it Moving, was not only the easiest to use (their website is so easy to navigate you can easy note what it is you're moving and get a clear estimate fast) but their customer service is top notch. I spoke with Kevin via their instant messenger and on the phone, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and upfront about the cost and what to expect on moving day. Even getting the deposit paid was straightforward and easy. Fast forward to moving day, the guys showed up early, within their allocated time block, were very kind and professional and moved my furniture in efficient time (also taking care of my furniture and the apartment complex while moving down 3 floors). They arrived quickly to my new place, easily moved my furniture in and the cost of the move was exactly what I had spoken to Kevin about. That means a lot, other moving companies are quick to tell you they can only give you an estimate, but it will likely be more on the day of the move. Incorrect, not with Keep it Moving. What you see if what you get. Moving after 5 years in one place was peak stressful but Keep it Moving really did put me at ease and made the experience easier. I really can't say enough good things. If you're moving, please consider Keep it Moving, they're awesome.

We put out a request for moving company quotes several months ago ahead of our recent move. This was our first time using a moving service, so we weren't sure what to expect. Keep It Moving was the first company to respond, gave a comprehensive estimated quote, and spent time talking us through the whole process and giving us tips for making our move as smooth as it could be. We booked them because their low cost and customer service was above and beyond their competitors. On the day of our move, they arrived on time and worked quickly. They were so courteous, careful, and helpful! We had some issues moving items into our new home because flooring was to be installed the following day on our upper floor, and they did a wonderful job helping us place items so that we could move them to the proper rooms later. In the end, the move took just about as long as was estimated, and the final cost was very close to the quote. Wonderful experience, we will certainly be using them for any future moves!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS FLAWLESS! Booking was easy and the movers were prompt and extremely professional. I even requested extra service the day of the move and the Keep It moving owner and movers were beyond patient and accommodating. What should have took my family 2 days ended up only taking one day. Keep It Moving, LLC is highly recommended by myself and my family, who are not the easiest to please. We took care of our movers too ;-)
