Extra charges upon receipt because neighborhood could not accommodate 18 wheel semi. Apparently may be tied to an Atlas policy. Extra charges were received and KIS would not cover or help address charges (they apparently have this happen a lot so it wasn’t a new issue, but still continues). They are of course not liable because of the fine print in the contract. Management needs to address this process and have estimators disclose all extra charges that could apply (and maybe take a quick look at a map to check destinations details), surprise charges on top of agreed upon quote will always lead to a poor experience and leaves customers feeling duped. Beware and know it is your responsibility to make sure you actually receive what is sold to you by this company.
