Impressed! These guys work hard. He and his crew arrived promptly and began to work right away. I hadn't packed and they walked into a mess. They took it in stride, packing it for me. They were careful with our things. I really appreciate their kindness and diligence. Would recommend Keira Moving to anyone!

48in Samsung SHUD TV Broken by Keira Moving. Called and left a message with Gaby, he never got back to me. Spoke to one of the representatives however they informed me that what they do is pay you 60cent times the weight. If anyone has one of these TV's you know damn well that wont cover nothing especially a repair. They broke a few other things which I did not post but this for me was so unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF A HEARTACHE! I hired them to move my belongings from a storage unit to my home. Mark is a true salesman - he'll promise you the moon, and in the end he retracts his promises. They have a system in place - once they move you, and any damage or overcharge they will not let you speak to anyone of authority. The less then qualified girl on the other end laughed when I told her that the guys damaged may appliance. You get referred to a third party company, where every word is scripted. Of course all the blame falls on the customer. The reason why there a so few bad reviews is because they make you sign a form that ties your hands completely, or you will not get money for any damages or overcharge. You can't even post a review. I truly believe that at least 90% of the "good" reviews are either paid for or fake. The "Foreman" lied to me, along with the other guy to hide the damage they did to my washer. I gave them all a very generous tip, and they run as fast they could so I would not discover the damage they did. This company is the scum of the earth!!!
