Terrible customer service. Both sisters are very rude, and unprofessional. Made an appointment to get our property out of storage, but they did not let us!

Been using Kennedy Van & Storage for yrs. It's not 24 hr access but for the price, you can't beat it in SF. The guys are always friendly. The receptionist has always been great. I guess I don't have huge expectations for the amount I pay mthly to utilize storage but I've had expensive storage units in past yrs & can't ever say it was any better then the service I get here. Loyal customer & never hestitate to recommend them for the past 12 yrs.

This company has excellent customer care standards. They have moved my belongings since the 80s without incidence. They arrive on time and handle everything professionally. As you can see from the rating I provided, I highly recommend them.
