Worst moving experience ever. Sexually inappropriate statements from one of the drivers, the movers bickered the entire time slowing my move entirely, they took 3 hours longer than the estimate I was given, I paid a fee to have a few items taken to the dump and stood next to the mover while he called a friend and offered him my items. I still got charged for my items going to the dump and my guess is the driver pocketed a few bucks from his friend. I contacted the business twice with my concerns and no one responded. I contacted the main Allied organization and they told me that someone named "Doug" had stated he resolved it. They took money they didn't earn, made money for a service they didn't provide (taking my items to the dump) and never addressed the disgusting behavior of their movers. In a million years I cannot recommend this company if my life depended on it. The shame of it all is if they were professional and conscientious enough to contact me directly and address to my concerns like responsible business people I wouldn't be posting publicly right now. I will also be contacting the BBB with their shame of charging me for a service they didn't provide.

Many thanks to the team at Kent Moving and Storage. They moved a massive 800-pound table into our home without damaging the table, the house, us, or themselves! They went above and beyond by helping us assemble it and get it stood up, and they even took the crate and packing material with them when they left. Their good work was much appreciated!

My parents moved this week from Michigan to Wisconsin. The moving team came in on the first day with positive attitudes and more importantly compassion for an older couple moving out of the home of 36 years. Dwight explained everything thoroughly and answered numerous questions with way more patience than I would have had. The truck arrived in Wisconsin ahead of schedule and the team unpacked and set up in amazing time. I can't say enough about Dwight's professionalism, his instruction of his team, and would recommend him highly!
