Absolutely loved our crew! They could lift the largest piece of furniture so easily! We had a ping pong table we never thought would make it downstairs and they got it down so easily with zero damage to our new home! Wow! So friendly!

I had a great experience with Kettering Moving and Storage moving our home from Dayton to Cincinnati. Prices were reasonable and the movers were very efficient. They even came back several days later to pick up left over moving boxes.

Customer Service is horrible. I spoke to two different people before my move neither of whom mentioned the travel/fuel fee. So to my surprise, when the movers gave me my invoice there was a $94 fuel fee tacked on. He called the office and they said they can't waive or reduce the fee, so I paid. I then called the office and argued that neither of the two people who quoted me mentioned this fee. They said "I find that hard to believe." Umm... I would have remembered someone telling me there's an extra $100 added to the price. The manager finally agreed to reimburse me half of this fee and said he will put it in the mail "today." It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received that check.

This company has a good work ethic and goes out of their way to keep their customers happy. I would recommend them for sure!
