My antique hope chest was damaged. One corner was cracked open and a leg was broken off and thrown into the chest. Rubbermaid container was smashed and other items packed in boxes broken. Several items are missing. Several calls and emails to the owner Karl have gone unanswered. Their warehouse is apparently not secure as missing items have not been located. Moving is stressful enough without the added damage and loss. Do not use Kilroy Brothers Moving.

2/9/19 - Yesterday I used Kilroy Brothers Moving Company for the second time and the men did a wonderful job, and Karl and Beth were very helpful when I called. I am very happy with this company and their compassion. Unfortunately, and it is breaking my heart, that I have to throw all my stuff out, because it was loaded with mold which the men pointed out to me while they were moving things. I moved from an apartment at Waterford Village in Bridgewater which was making us very sick from mold and apparently it was on all my stuff too, even though I tried to clean it before putting it in storage. So over the course of 7 months, the mold grew and spread all over everything and there is nothing that will destroy and kill all the spores. They will keep growing and spread. So my stuff is a total loss! I was so upset, I started to cry, and the two men were so supportive and patient with me while I tried to figure out what I could do with all my stuff, and where I could bring it since I couldn't bring it into my new apartment, I just moved to. All the furniture was only 1 1/2 years old and was worth thousands of dollars. I am still horrified by the whole ordeal. The two men were wonderful and kept trying to cheer me up with comforting words and gave me time to make a phone call to figure things out. I will always recommend Karl's company - Kilroy Brothers Moving. They are wonderful there! First time I used this company - Excellent moving company from start to finish! Everyone was a pleasure to deal with! The price I paid, WAS the price I was quoted! Karl and Beth were very helpful with all my questions, concerns, and changes, and always very polite. The two men that showed up at my home, were the best movers I have ever seen. They were careful, professional, and very quick. This company as a whole, gets am A+++ from me! I will be using them again!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! They rushed through getting things out of house. No organization. Broke a whole box of fine China my mother had for 50 years!! She has ONE plate left. Broke 3 bureaus a bed and a small shelf. Waited an extra day because truck was broken. My elderly handicapped mother had to sleep on the floor.!! They came on a snowy rainy day and tracked in mud and wet shoes all over my brand new rugs! Not to mention there are things missing. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE COMPANY!
