After the sales guy, Adam visited our office three times to arrange a date and figure everything. They brought the wrong forklift on the day of the move. Moreover, the driver for the forklift did not know how to drive the forklift very well, so we had to drive the forklift ourselves until another guy showed up 3 to 4 hours into the day. I would not recommend this company as they did not come ready, and they try to push a change order at the end of the day for the delays.

Everything is ok until you get damaged items! We found out they had to move our stuff 5 different times to get it to our new house. We discovered our deep freezer was leaking coolant and our big screen tv had a crack in the screen that lined up EXACTLY to a big gouge in the box. But they said ‘you have no evidence’ and it’s ‘not our fault’. It took them 3 months to finally investigate it then they said they would not replace the items. I’m just glad they didn’t damage pe rsonal items that are irreplaceable. BEWARE !!

Absolutely incredible!! Service, attitude, quality of work were top notch. Made my cross country move a piece of cake. Packers and unpackers were truly one of a kind and so diligent and helpful with the best attitudes. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Do yourself a favor and book them!

I used King Relocation Services to store my car while I was out of the country for 7 months, and they were great! Always replied right away, picked up my car and returned it on time, and without a scratch. Will definitely be using again!
