These guys were amazing. No damage very quick and safe. Reasonably priced and for a family under so much stress, they took it all off our backs and used theirs. . My brother was in a motorcycle crash. In ICU. I had to make serious decisions for him. My care and concern was for him. I packed his things and KLATT took care of it all. Thank you so so much. So this company would have received 5 stars but they had one mover that started complaining about how many boxes there were to move. He said this 3 times before I interrupted him and told him I was going to call another moving company to take on the job. This was a move for my parents and my sister took issue with the guy as well. On the plus side, the rest of the crew worked fast and we had no problem with damage or loss. My sister reached out to the owner and he promptly responded to her concerns about the grumpy mover that worked for him. Between that response and the other movers that got them the 4 stars, if this was solely based on the one guy it would be 2 stars.

This was the 2nd time using this company in 11 years. They are very reputable. Movers work hard. No waisted time. If needed, I'll use them again.

It was snowing and cold. They sent 6 movers and 2 trucks. The movers were nice, professional and hard working. I received great care and the price was reasonable. Everything arrived in perfect shape. I highly recommend them.

It's very difficult to get all the info you need when interviewing moving companies. Most companies do not give a guaranteed price so your final bill is unknown until it's due and the move has been made. Not so with Klatt. Chris himself, came to our house and gave us a guaranteed price ...no surprises. His employees were thorough...everything well packed and everything done on time. Moving is always stressful but our experience with Klatt was a bright spot.
