Koa has helped us move 3 times, and every time we have been incredibly amazed at their respect for the house and our things, their speed, and how courteous they are. We have moved numerous times and have dealt with plenty of companies, Koa is by far the best, EVER. Every person on the team is diligent, moves quickly and efficiently and gets it done. The first move was out from POD #1 which my Mom and I oversaw as my husband was off island. This was a last minute call to Armando as we didn't think we needed it, but I opened the grate and realized it would go MUCH faster with more sets of hands. Armando and team were there the next day, he was keen to pull a team together to help us, setting hte tone for how he operates, above and beyond. They did not hesitate when I needed things removed or put onto high shelves, in the attic, turned around, etc. If I needed any help, they were on it. I cannot reiterate enough, they are so respectful, it is refreshing! All G rated language (even lifting the giant stuff!) which as a Mom, I appreciated with my 2 small girls and Mom there! Our second move was POD #2, and the last move was into the home we purchased out of our rental. Again the team was amazing from start to finish, on time, moved quick, worked through lunch to finish as soon as possible and helped arrange whatever we needed....even our 1200 pound wood slab 12' giant table!! Armando helped us resolve any problem that arose and the team worked amazing together. Can't say enough good things about the Koa team, we won't ever use anyone else for moving!

This weekend we hired KOA Moving and Storage to move our household to a new residence. The owner Armando and his crew that were dispatched were so professional, courteous and polite that I would refer them over and over again. The great guys who showed up, Brandon, Vinny and Andres were so friendly, helpful & continuously asking if everything was OK. This shows that the company from the top down knows how to make your move a smooth, seamless and great experience. If you are planning to move you must call Armando at KOA Moving and storage to put your mind at ease and let this professional company take care of everything.

Over all the staff got to & from there destination in a timely fashion. The staff was great, full of respect and handled everything so quickly but careful. Thanks again koa moving and storage I will be definitely contacting you guys again if needed and spreading the word to others. Mahalo!
