We move A LOT due to my husbands job, and this move was the BEST we have ever experienced. It was a cross country move from CA to Auburn, AL, with 6 weeks of storage. Carlton was amazing from start to finish and coordinated everything for us, from packing in CA, to loading, transport to storage, and then into the house. They went above and beyond taking care of our things, being flexible with drop off date, came back twice to get the debris and assemble furniture we weren’t able to do on moving day. AND to top it off, this was all during COVID-19 so we had masks and social distancing during a move in. His team and workers are professional, courteous, and hard working. Highly recommend. They are the best

When I had a problem with a different mover and needed to cancel, Lambert stepped in at the last minute to accomadate my needs and pick up my items with very little notice. The customer service and sales department in Birmingham is excellent. They are very attentive to customers. I highly recommend this company for a long distance move.

Excellent moving staff, friendly and knowledgable. Carefully wrapped all my furniture and were also careful with my floors. Well worth the expertise. Highly recommend.

Lambert Transfer completed our first move in 25 years today and I'm very pleased. The crew was professional, personable, polite and flexible. They called to let us know they were in they were enroute, their expected arrival time and worked hard all day to load our stuff, drive the 15 miles to the new place, then unload and set up the furniture as requested. I don't know what they could have done to provide better service. We did most of the packing of boxes ourselves ahead of time, and they provided all but the wardrobe boxes ahead of time at no extra charge. They made a difficult experience more pleasant than it might have been.

This is the first time I have used a moving company. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. However, a company is made up of people, and the people assigned to our move made it a stress free process. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend this company to anyone.
