We moved with Laser International from the US to Germany. We had a great experience, and I can recommend Laser without hesitation. The first impression was already a notch above some competitors. Within a few days, we had someone come to our house to survey, in person, what needed to be moved. From there, getting a quote from Laser, as well as quotes for some additional options, was a matter of days. Dustin, our relocation manager, answered dozens of questions patiently, promptly, and competently, and we always felt we were in good hands with the move. As a consequence, the decision to go with Laser was quite easy, and we never regretted it. The partner company of Laser, which handled the move on the German side, was also outstanding. The packers were professional, on time, fast, and very good. I don't think a single item broke during the move (we, however, dropped and broke a cup when unpacking...), even though we had lots of picture frames, dishes, and other fragile items. Bicycles and other somewhat fragile items were also packed carefully and appropriately. I had packed some items in my carry on luggage on the plane. In hindsight, they would have been better off wrapped up and boxed by Laser. Dustin also helped us with figuring out the various documents and costs that are involved with an international move. The quote from Laser was transparent about potential additional costs as well. One small complaint is that we were not made aware sufficiently clearly (I believe) that we needed a copy of the registration of our car to get it through customs (in addition to the title). This cost us some nerves, the more so because getting a replacement was difficult with various offices being closed and mail service being slow in March and April 2020. This would have been much less of an issue at any other time. And it doesn't detract from an overall great experience that easily exceeded expectations.

Laser International is the moving company to rely on, especially if you are looking for professionalism and reliability. Like Ms. Lancaster mentioned the most recent review, finding a moving company that meets your needs (and budget) can be a challenge. There Look no further than Laser International! My move was from US to the Netherlands, and I had the pleasure to have Mr. Alex Buyan as the Laser International representative. He was friendly, professional, and very understanding. He quickly handled the logistics without issues, and everything went as planned. He was up front about the time line, which could be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the cost, which the final cost did not vary very much from his initial estimate. There were no hidden costs, and Alex arranged with a moving crew in the US and the Netherlands without difficulties. The moving crews he chose were extremely professional and friendly as well. Punctuality was spot-on with an accurate ETA. The end outcome could not be better; everything arrived in one piece and there were no broken or missing items. Needless to say, I highly recommend Laser International and I commend Alex for his professionalism and efforts in putting this together seamlessly.

Coordinating logistics between different countries can be challenging however, Laser International were professional and responsive every step of the way, helping make the whole process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend their services.

Great service for moving our apartment overseas from Chicago to Vienna. Adam was always quick to answer any questions and to provide helpful and honest information from the very start of the process. This was the main reason we decided to go with Laser International. The move itself went off without a hitch, even in the middle of the Corona crisis. Finding a moving company who will successfully meet your needs can be a challenge. I searched for highly rated companies and found Laser, as well as a couple of others. In reaching out for information about our move from the US to Canada, Laser quickly started to differentiate themselves. In particular, our rep, Dustin, was amazing: very responsive, knowledgeable, accurate in his estimates and supported us from start to finish. Our whole house move went off smoothly, with the shipment arriving even one day earlier than promised. Definitely not the least expensive option, but with Laser, that old adage definitely held true: you get what you pay for.
