Liberty moving group has the best team working for them! My move was a breeze, everything I mentioned was considered and done. They had a very positive attitude throughout the move making it a very stress free day. They were also very organized, all my belongings were arranged in a certain way to make it easy for me to unpack at my new home. I really give Liberty Moving Group a 10/10 for the wonderful customer service!
If I could give zero stars I would. Please save yourself time and money and DO NOT use this company! I have moved 6 times over the last 10 years, for school and work, and have never experienced anything like this. This was our longest and largest move, so my husband and I decided to hire "professionals". We confirmed the week before we had to move that we would be getting a 35 foot truck. Needless to say, the company showed up with a 28 foot truck that was already a quarter full with someone else's stuff. I was told they would not be able to take all of our stuff, but they could get us another truck. They could not tell us when another truck would be available and we would have to pay extra for it. My husband was already at our new location and I was to drive out the following day. So, we had to pay for my husband to fly in overnight, rent a U-haul for the following day in order to move the rest of our stuff they couldn't fit. The initial movers were extremely unprofessional, inexperienced, and made the entire experience very uncomfortable for me. They destroyed trim and walls and broke several things before they even made it to the truck, then had the nerve to ask me for a tip before they left. Our stuff did arrive within the time window at our new location on a tractor trailer, which we made clear would not fit down our road. Again, we were faced with another expense as we had to rent another U-haul to unload the tractor trailer into. Over a dozen boxes were beyond damaged. I now have a broken dresser, jewelry mirror, crock pot, multiple vases, book shelves, and countless other small items. Two of our three bed frames are completely missing the feet and screws. Our 1 year old dryer is now dented and scratched all over, even though they "wrapped" it. I only included a couple of photos since I have over 50 documenting all of the damaged items. And trying to reach customer service for claims after the move has been a joke. So, please do not waste your time with this company!!!!
