Set date for in town move. They never showed up. When we called they said they didn’t schedule it and didn’t remember talking to me. I remember giving them detailed instructions because our house is a bit out of town and difficult to find. They offered to try to find another date within a few days but needed to talk to salesman. This review is strictly based on my interactions with the operations manager at this location. My dealings with two other employees at this location were pleasant. I contacted this location looking for assistance in reaching another Lile Moving and Storage location that was contracted by the government to move my home goods. I found the operations manager to be rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I would suggest that when a customer makes contact with your business, even if it's regarding another office, you work to help them resolve their issue without being condescending. Especially when the customer tells you that your company has made absolutely no contact with the customer regarding pickup of their household goods. You may be a different office, but you carry the same name and have an affect on the organizations reputation.
