Lile Moving & Storage, Salem OR

We used Lile for a one state move - Oregon to Washington. The entire process from the quote to the team exicuting the move made this a stress-free move. The team from Lile were wonderful. The quote process was quick, easy and accurate. Actually, the final price came in a few hundred dollars below the estimate. When the team arrived (on time) to load up for the move they handled all our items with care as well as protecting the walls doors and flooring of the home we were moving out of. They loaded quickly and efficiently and inventoried every box and item by number. When they arrived at our new home the next morning (again on time) there was an inventory sheet for me to mark off as items came into our new home and I directed them to the appropriate room. All was accomplished very quickly and accurately with the utmost care. Nothing was damaged or broken and the entire process was easy and the staff were all very pleasent and helpful. Would not hesitate for a moment recommending Lile or using the again if needed.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Lile Moving and Storage in summer of 2019. The biggest problem with the company is the customer service. I even had the owner's cell number that I would text and leave messages on regarding an update of an already delayed delivery of our belongings and it would take Dan over a week to get back to me. When he would finally call me back he would tell me he was busy with other jobs. We also had drugs from my husband's knee surgery stolen and the bottle showed up in another unsatisfied and disgruntled customer of Lile who had moved to another part of the country. Lile provided us with the same price quote as other moving companies and I regret that we ever choose this company. Select any moving company over Lile and no matter your experience it will be better than what you will experience if you use Lile.

As a Lile employee, it saddens me to say, this company is only committed to the bottom line. They do nothing to keep the employee morale in high spirits. After putting in 4 years of hard work with the promise of being compensated for my knowledge, I still have yet to see a dime. They will do everything they can to get out of paying for your claim. They're wondering why their employee turnover rate is so high? Maybe paying your employees a livable wage and following up with promises you made would keep said turnover rate down.

Leo and Noah packed my household goods into a pod. they did a great job and hope to use them again for my move on Thursday, December 5. I would recommend them as a great team.

Don't know anything about this company besides the fact that the driver will park anywhere they want and dont care if they block a 7/11 drive way in mcminnville. Two of the rigs parked side by side. They blocked in a few cars and didn't seem to care. Definitely know I will not be using this company when it's time to move.
