Extremely courteous and friendly. Received a moving quote right away, was however more than double than everyone else. Would have liked to do business with Lincoln Moving & Storage...

Had to drop a trailer here but they didn't have room but Terry Pierce was very nice and said it wasn't my fault they sent me there and even though he didn't have the room he let me drop the trailer anyway much respect for that man very nice and very professional

T Terrible experience with movers and supervisor Terry don't waste your time very unprofessional didn't finish move called to talk to supervisor and he told me to get someone else to finish move this is after they damage some furniture of mine....

Delivery was suppose to be made by August 20th. Ended up Arriving November 1st. Excuse after excuse from Mark Bell. Whole process was horrible. Price changed once truck was loaded, no followups from Mark, would not return phone calls, etc. Once we finally got my girlfriends stuff there was a list of 14 things that the Atlas driver marked as damaged while it was stored at the Lincoln facility. They did nothing to reimburse us or fix the situation. Atlas was fine but stay as far away as possible from Lincoln Moving and Storage in Syracuse.

Called this company to book and needed to move my date several times. The dispatcher and sales rep accommodated my requests each time. On moving day five gentleman showed up promptly and immediately got to work. They worked hard and quickly. Josh, Juan, Kurt and the two other men were super friendly and we enjoyed spending the day with them. -Linnae
