The Lindsay Team that came to our home were very professional and treated my wife and I with the utmost kindness and courtesy. They were very careful with our furnishings as well as our home so as not to damage walls, floors and doors. They were very positive about their employer and they were diligent in packing and loading our move so that we could reach our next destination in time to pick up our keys in Alabama. I can only speak to our experience; therefore, we recommend the Lindsay Group to anyone needing to shred documents and / or move. We found them to be competitive, caring and forthright in all our dealings with them and their staff.

Moved from Athens to Alpharetta. Had their representative come out for a quote. Based on reviews and recommendationi decided to use them. That was my first mistake. The men who showed up on moving day seemed to have little to no experience. They loaded my household goods up in an hour and a half. They protected a short path of my wood floors but did nothing to protect anywhere else I had wood including the stairs. They used an appliance dolly on the stairs like they were on cement. When they arrived at my new place, they did the same thing but this time, so much damage resulted. There is drywall damage, stairway scuffs on all the walls, wood floor damage and stair damage. My dresser has damage but I didn’t even file a claim for that because it wouldn’t exceed the $300 deductible. My elliptical was located upstairs a few days after the initial move happened. This became a case he said, she said with respect to location of it. There was nothing in writing to reflect the need for a third party to move it upstairs (at an additional expense to be covered by me) I argued this and they sent someone else out who knew what they were doing. However, other than the drywall being repaired nothing has been done. I haven’t even had a call to book the painting. It’s been a horrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this company. ***Update: I wanted to update potential customers and let folks know that it’s been six weeks since I’ve moved using this company. I have had the drywall repaired but no sanding, painting, repairs of the floors or stairs have been done. This company has not done what they’ve said they would and I’m contemplating my next steps. Find another company to move your belongings.
