The movers were on time, cheerful, a organized team with no false moves. In short they were very professional and I can highly recommend them. When the final bill was totaled they came in under budget which was a real added plus.

My family and I have used Locatelli several times over the 17 years we lived in Santa Cruz County. They've always been wonderful, including the time my mother-in-law had to be moved on short notice to an assisted living facility and our last move with them to Portland OR in November 2014 when they took over and finished up the packing when I became just too exhausted to finish up. Best, though, was just last week. We were moving to the house we'd bought in Portland after living in a rental for several months. The mover we'd scheduled never showed up, and the new tenants were scheduled to move in two days later. We didn't know what to do or who to call. And then it hit us: we called Locatelli, told them about our predicament, and they immediately looked up all their contacts in Portland. We called the first one on the list, Chipman Movers, with United. They were booked out a couple of weeks but somehow managed to squeeze us in the very next morning! We were so grateful. All went well in the end thanks to Locatelli of Santa Cruz!

We dropped off a truck after driving from Idaho to California. The staff was very friendly and checked the truck in and got us taken care of really fast. Great experience and customer service at Locatellis.
