Really horrible customer service experience. Bad management. Woman isn't logical nor solution oriented when her team missed my pick up. communication between headquarters and the drivers and the end-user was abysmal.

I agree! These guys are horrible, cheating scammers. After boxing all of my belongings for a cross-country move they said the final cost would be over $3,500 over the original estimate. And that's after I gave them a very detailed list of all my belongings. They also busted a door of mine that I had to fix in a pinch before our renters moved in. DO NOT USE THEM!
